VaDalí is the brand for the mobile apps and games. TapCast is developed and maintained by uAlbums LLC. Email support@ualbums.com and include your phone model, Android or iOS, and what you were doing when it failed.
Android asks for screen-capture permission each time you start. Stop from the notification, the floating button, or a shake. iOS asks you to start a TapCast broadcast, then switch to the app you want to demo. Stop from the red status bar, a shake, or the Stop button.
Allow the microphone if a voice take will not start. The face camera is off until you turn it on. While that recording runs, you will not see the face video. It shows in the project after you stop.
An MP4 uses one credit. A new install starts with 5. Watch the ad on the export screen to earn another. A voice-only export is an MP3 and does not use a credit. If an ad does not appear, that is the ad network, and the rest of the app still works.
Projects stay in TapCast on this phone. We do not have a copy, so we cannot recover a recording after it is deleted or the app is uninstalled. Use Share or Save to gallery when you want a copy outside the app.
